The NRL.com single sign-on means ensuring your default browser (Safari or Chrome etc) has the correct NRL Account information stored. This is set by cookie and has a 40-day expiry.
If you could log-in previously, but now can’t the most likely issue is that the browser cookie has expired and you have to log-in again. If that process does not work try the following to ensure your cache is not holding the wrong information:
- Web browser: Give your browser a hard refresh by simultaneously clicking CTRL+R or SHFT+CTRL+R. Note: A quick alternative may be to go incognito and try logging in again. If that works then the issue is definitely your cache.
If you’re using the app and hard refresh does not fix the issue try the following to clear the app cache.
- For iOS app cache clear:
1. Go to Settings > General -> iPhone Storage ->
2. Scroll down and find the app (NRL Tipping or NRL Fantasy) & select it
3. Hit offload app
4. Hit reinstall app
5. Try opening the app and logging in again.
- For Android app cache clear:
1. Go to Settings > Apps ->
2. Scroll down and find the app (NRL Tipping or NRL Fantasy) & select it
3. Choose Storage
4. Click 'Clear Data' (or 'Clear Cache' - data does both)
5. Reopen the app and log in again.
